Craig Plunkett
Craig provides thoughtful leadership and deep technical insight in support of U.S. Government missions. As Founder of Constant Advancement, he remains closely involved in shaping the company’s direction while staying engaged in hands-on delivery.

As Technical Lead, Craig guides the architecture and development of one of the federal government’s most critical mobile initiatives, supporting the nation’s most senior Executive Branch leaders. He oversees a secure, mission-critical platform where reliability, precision, and discretion are essential. Craig holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland.
Craig is deeply committed to serving and mentoring the employees of Constant Advancement, supporting their growth not only in the technical aspects of their careers but also through key moments in their professional and personal lives. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and three children.
Dennis Murray
Dennis is a trusted leader in delivering mission-critical programs for the U.S. Government and Intelligence Community. He brings a steady, mission-first approach to program execution and stakeholder collaboration.

Dennis currently serves as a Program Manager on a mission-critical Intelligence Community program, leading complex initiatives through key milestones and technology transitions. He works closely with partners across the Intelligence Community, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Defense, and is known for aligning mission needs with practical, effective technical solutions.
Dennis holds a degree in Political Science and Economics from Virginia Tech and lives in Alexandria, Virginia with his family.
Keith Solada
Keith combines technical expertise with operational leadership to support complex U.S. Government initiatives. He remains actively engaged with clients and technical teams, leading high-profile efforts that demand both precision and trust.

In addition to his technical leadership, Keith serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Facility Security Officer, overseeing financial operations and security compliance critical to federal programs. A graduate of James Madison University with a degree in Computer Information Systems, he has built a career that bridges hands-on delivery with executive responsibility.
Keith lives in Virginia with his wife and children. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, and following football, hockey, and MMA.
Coleen Lawless
Coleen plays a central role in shaping the people, processes, and operations that support mission success. As the VP of Operations, she oversees HR, marketing, & business administration with a strong focus on employee support and effectiveness.

Her background includes leading the planning, management, and operations of large-scale installations and events for national retail organizations. Coleen is known for strengthening internal processes, fostering strong teams, and creating an environment where people and operations can thrive. She is a graduate of Northeastern University.
Coleen lives in Buffalo, New York with her family and enjoys hiking and spending time watching her three children play hockey and soccer.
