Security Clearance Sponsorship & Support
The program sponsors interns for the appropriate level of security clearance and provides hands-on guidance throughout the process. Interns gain a clear understanding of security protocols, expectations, and the professional responsibilities associated with cleared work.
Mentorship & Coaching
Each intern is paired with an experienced professional who offers ongoing mentorship, constructive feedback, and career guidance. Mentors provide insight not only into technical skill development, but also into navigating professional environments where accountability, discretion, and integrity are paramount.
Professional Development & Career Readiness
Next begins the investigation process to see if you have what it takes to get a security clearance. Investigators may conduct interviews with you and your references. The waiting game begins. Why? It’s government work. You just have to trust the process.
